About Soldiers of Virtue

Soldiers of Virtue is a multigaming clan that is currently involved with Battlefield 1942, Call of Duty 2, BF2, and Forgotten Hope. We have about 25 members spanning the globe. Our original gaming roots were based purely on BF1942 which is how our clan came together.

In Fall 2003, a few of us played in a clan called The Advanced Protectors. For various reasons, that group really never worked out. For the next couple months, we played together just as pubbers until March 2003 when Orion (Patton) and GeneralGump founded Soldiers of Virtue. We started with just a handle full of members including DDLOK, Infinadox (Cptn. Morgan), Inferno, Savoire, Titan, Adm. Nimitz (Apocalypse). We also only had a teamspeak hosted on someone's computer and a rickety MSN group site. We were a clan nonetheless.

Over the next 6 months, we recruited and expanded our clan in size and talent. In the Fall of 2004, we joined our first league which was a small group called BEML. We went a perfect 10-0 during the regular season and won the championship. After BEML, we decided to try out competition in the CAL Winter Tourney. We would lose after a few rounds but it was that tournament that sparked our interest in competition, which lead us to join TWL in Jan 2005.

During our time in TWL, we have competed in 12v12, 8v8 conquest, 8v8 CTF, 5v5 infantry, 2v2 tank, and 2v2 air. We have been at the top of all of the ladders many times over the course of a year. Our current competition for BF42 is our own clan sponsored Summer 10v10 tounament.

Our newest adventures include competition in Forgotten Hope, which is a really popular realism mod to BF1942. We are in the 12v12 and 8v8 league for that which just begun. We also have branched out during the Winter of 2005 to compete in Call of Duty 2. Our Call of Duty section of the clan plays in TWL in the Leagues. We barely missed a playoff birth in our first attempt at the league.

We also do competition currently in CAL and TWL for BF2. We took on our first season of 8v8 League play this past spring and managed a playoff birth out of about 50 teams in our division. We may continue to play 8v8 Open next season in CAL again but currently we are unsure.

Through all our games and times spent together, the spirit of our clan has always been the brotherhood we have together. We are more than just a bunch of guys that play together a common game. We interact with each other in a unique way unfound in most other clans. It is truly something you have to experience for yourself to understand. In the end, we are friends first; gamers second.

Hop in our TS and pub in our server with us, once we get to know you we decide if you're the right fit for our clan. We prefer 18+.

What are the rules for your COD2 Server? Who do I contact if im having a problem?

Our COD2 Server Rules:

1.No cheating,hacking,glitching or expoliting of any kind is allowed on our servers.

2.Feel free to do and say what you want in our servers. But if an admin asks you to stop please comply or you will be kicked.

3. If your away from your computer you may be kicked. So please specate if your away.
